A three day, interdenominational, intensive course in training pastors and ministry leaders in the principles and effective practice of facilitating an interim pastoral ministry for a church during the period between permanent pastoral placements. The course involves formal input from skilled trainers and practitioners, interaction with other participants, reading and other reference material. It is a pre-requisite course for the fuller training in a model for intentional interim ministry.
